A name, a way of working

Our name combines our founder’s initials, "DES", with the Italian word "soci", meaning partners. In Italian business tradition, "& Soci" describes partners who build a business together at the same table. That is how we work with our clients: not as a vendor, but as partners walking towards the same goal.
